Full Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) mix with a 100% increase in net in-flows with Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) increasing 8.5% from pcp. 54% in cash from FY24 with a 147% increase to $2.8m EBITDA in FY25. Funds under Management (FUM) has grown 30% in FY25. Growth continues to be driven by strong customer acquisitions across all segments and multiple periods.

  • Proven Market Leader – Serving over 300,000 Australians with their investments, offering greater accessibility to fractional investing across multiple use-cases. Management notes a domestic market of more than 10.2m Australian investors.

  • All-In-One Platform - RZI provide multiple products in just 1 application, enabling access to new cross-selling opportunities of their current and prospective product suite.

  • Strategic Partnership with ‘Blue-Chip’ Backing - Equity Investment and partnership with State Street (NYSE: STT). This partnership offers RZI the potential to further expand the core offering – enabling access to a greater range of investment products and tools for RZI investors.
    • STT are one of the largest asset managers worldwide, with more than US$4 trillion of FUM and a US$20bn market capitalisation.

  • Continued Growth Prospects – Multiple product launches for new offerings, broadening RZI’s investor base and enabling opportunities to cross-sell new products, bolstering ARPU even more.

  • Inflection Point for Positive Earnings – Net Income increase of 83% YoY to -$0.3m, up from -$1.86m in FY24.
