H2X Global Investor Update - CEO Letter #20 - April 2026

We are pleased to share the CEO Letter by Antony Tolfts, CEO of H2X Global Limited, outlining the company’s continued progress as it advances toward delivery, revenue generation and public market readiness. The letter highlights momentum across operations, capital markets preparation, strategic partnerships and international engagement.

🧩 Key Highlights Include:

  • Board strengthening and scale capability: H2X has welcomed Giles Bourne to the Board as a Non-Executive Director, adding capital markets, scaling and strategic partnership experience as the company moves toward commercial scale and listing readiness.

  • Execution milestone: the Paroo program: The Paroo design program is now funded and underway, with first delivery targeted to Renova. H2X says this marks an important step from engineering into real-world fleet validation, supported by its German production partner FES.

  • Commercial platform validation: In parallel with vehicle development, H2X says its hydrogen tank systems are already operating on-road in Europe, providing immediate commercial validation and supporting an independent revenue stream.

  • Listing pathway progressing: H2X says it continues to progress its in-principle listing application through an ongoing information exchange with the relevant stock exchange, with a focus on transparency and public market readiness.

  • Government-backed growth support: The company is also progressing a government-supported grant submission to help fund its next stage of growth. H2X says this, alongside the R&D Tax Incentive, supports a capital-efficient and non-dilutive growth pathway.

  • Investor engagement and roadshow feedback: Following its recent AGM roadshow across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, H2X says investor feedback showed strong support for near-term execution, while also encouraging the company to better articulate the longer-term scale of the opportunity.

  • Global engagement through Austrade: H2X has also been selected to participate in Austrade’s Team Australia delegation at the World Hydrogen Summit in Rotterdam in May, which the company says will support engagement with European government, fleet and industry stakeholders.

  • What comes next: H2X says its focus remains on execution and value creation, including progressing capital initiatives and the listing pathway, delivering the first Paroo vehicle to Renova, and expanding hydrogen system deployment.
