There, he honed his expertise in project management, cross-functional leadership, and international brand building, collaborating with some of the world’s most recognised brands.
With experience spanning across mining, renewable energy, and technology, Jai brings a broad perspective and a passion for building trust, creating opportunities, and guiding teams to deliver lasting value.
As Director of Athlete Wealth Management, Robbie is responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with athletes both domestically and internationally.
Drawing from his extensive rugby league experience from junior level to representative honours, he expertly guides athletes through the challenging and often unpredictable journey of reaching their highest potential.
Robbie's academic background in economics and his post-sport career investments in property, hospitality, and mining enable him to stay ahead of industry trends and identify valuable opportunities. He effectively translates these insights to athletes, allowing them to focus on excelling in their sporting careers while making informed financial decisions.

Andrew brings 20+ years of financial markets experience to Barclay Pearce Capital from previous roles globally across trade services, relationship management and Institutional sales and trading.
Beginning his career at Deutsche Bank in Sydney and London supporting equity prime finance, Andrew went on to build out markets businesses for Deutsche Bank, Barclays, and ANZ Banking Group where he ran markets middle office and client services for ANZ’s New York office. Andrew has since built extensive domestic Australian and regional client relationships in the institutional and wholesale investor space through sales and trading roles at Liquidnet and Blue Ocean Equities.
With a wealth of experience across equity sales, deal distribution and capital raising, Andrew has established himself as a trusted advisor to his clients. While continuing to drive Institutional sales coverage, Andrew has recently returned to Brisbane to expand BPC’s service offering and drive Wealth Management and Corporate solutions into Queensland.

Michael brings more than 20 years of experience across institutional markets, with expertise spanning equities, index products, FX and precious metals.
He has held senior leadership roles across Australia, Singapore, New Zealand and Canada, building high-value client businesses and leading institutional strategy across Asia Pacific. Michael began his career in quantitative and derivatives roles at Société Générale and Rand Merchant Bank, before later founding a mortgage broking business within the STM Group.
Michael went on to hold a series of senior regional roles at CMC Markets, where he oversaw regulated businesses, led institutional strategy and helped develop the firm’s high-value client offering.
With deep expertise in market structure, execution and investor engagement, Michael works closely with issuers, high-value and institutional investors to navigate market conditions and optimise capital outcomes.
Donna is an experienced business operations and corporate communications professional with a strong background in financial services, investor relations and strategic business management. She is skilled in overseeing day-to-day business operations, improving operational efficiency, managing stakeholder relationships and supporting teams across corporate finance, wealth management and investor relations functions.
Known for her practical, solutions-focused approach, strong leadership and attention to detail, Donna is recognised as a trusted leader within the business and among clients and industry partners alike. She has a proven ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced environments while maintaining high operational standards and strong professional relationships.
