Investor Highlights

  • High-Grade Mining - Directly beneath the highest-grade reef mine in Australia, VTX’s Hill End project offers exposure to extremely high-grade gold with few existing deposits in Australia consistently on-par with its grade. At VTX’s ‘Reward Hill’ Deposit, a smaller resource of its larger MRE – the resource measures 419kt @ 16.7 g/t Au (Indicated and Inferred) for 225 koz, making VTX a high-grade gold developer and producer.

  • Already Producing with Infrastructure in Place – VTX has commissioned its processing plant with a small number of ounces, providing a runway for early cashflows as it plans to continue exploration amidst production. The company produced its first doré gold bar in 2023, and with a small 85oz of development material produced in February 2026. With all infrastructure in place including sand/tails stacking (with no tailing dam needed), the reward mine is already poised for a production ramp-up, moving from development feed to high-grade stop feed to plant.

  • Strong Mineral Economics – Pre-Feasibility Studies delivered strong economics including an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 110% (pre-tax). This was released amidst lower gold prices, an unoptimised processing plant and excluding further exploration upside potential.

  • Tier-1 Historical Mine in a favourable Jurisdiction – The Hill End Project sits amidst a swathe of strong historical exploration and with current producers such as Newmont (ASX: NEM), who operate in Cadia Valley nearby.

  • Continued Exploration Potential – Hill End offers unparalleled potential for further exploration with a ~50km strike of parallel quartz veins hosting high-grade gold. Over 3500 historical workings are within the area, with existing shafts, adit infrastructure from prior exploration efforts supporting future exploration activity.
